The data that you will receive is a cumulative breakdown and analysis for each individual team on a year-by-year basis back to the 2000 season on how each team does against the point spread (including any playoff and Super Bowl appearances). From 1999 to 1985 the data is summarized in 5 year increments in order to make it easier to read. It is formatted on a Microsoft excel spreadsheet (see below for a sample) and is very easy to read and understand. Here is what you get:
